How do I get my free cake slice?
Save three dates in one go using the form above. As soon as you do, we'll email your free cake code — use it on your next cake card and your second slice is free.
When does the offer end?
11:59pm on Sunday 23 August 2026. After that the reminders stay free forever, but the free slice goes.
Do I have to buy anything to save my dates?
No. Saving your dates is completely free and there's no card details needed. The code is ready for whenever you do want to send something.
Does it have to be three dates?
For the free cake, yes — and all three need saving in one go. You're welcome to save one or two, and we'll still remind you, but the code only unlocks at three.
What kind of dates can I save?
Birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, weddings, new babies — or just a note you want nudging about. For the fixed ones we already know the date, so you don't need to tell us.
How often will you email me?
Only before your dates, plus the odd offer. Unsubscribe any time in one click.
What is a Cake Card?
A personalised greeting card with real cake inside. Pick the design and flavours, add your message, and we bake it fresh and post it through their letterbox.
When will it arrive?
Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Order before 4pm Monday to Friday or 1pm at weekends, and we'll bake and dispatch it the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 98% arrive the next day.
Does someone need to be home?
No. It fits through a standard UK letterbox, so it's delivered even when no one's in.
What happens if it's late, lost or damaged?
Tell us and we'll put it right with a fresh replacement, free of charge.
