What is a Cake Card?
A personalised greeting card with real cake inside. Pick the design and flavours, add your message, and we bake it fresh and post it through their letterbox.
How many cake slices are included?
You choose: 1, 2 or 4 individually wrapped slices, or a bundle pack, with a different flavour for each. Two slices is our most popular.
When will it arrive?
Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Order before 4pm Monday to Friday or 1pm at weekends, and we'll bake and dispatch it the same day via Royal Mail Tracked 24. 98% arrive the next day.
Does someone need to be home?
No. It fits through a standard UK letterbox, so it's delivered even when no one's in.
How fresh is the cake?
Baked the morning it's posted and made to arrive soft. It stays fresh for 5 days after arrival, with the best-before date on the packaging.
What happens if it's late, lost or damaged?
Tell us and we'll put it right with a fresh replacement, free of charge.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
Shown while choosing your flavours and on the packaging. Our kitchen handles nuts, so please check carefully before ordering for anyone with an allergy.
Can I choose different cake flavours?
Yes. Mix and match, so each slice suits the person receiving it.
Is the message personalised?
Yes. We print your message inside, exactly as shown in the preview. Included free.
