Victoria Sponge
Soft vanilla sponge, smooth vanilla buttercream and a sweet mixed fruit jam filling.
Sponge: Self Raising Flour, Free Range Eggs, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Oil, Reconstituted Dried Buttermilk (Milk) (4%), Salt (1.2%), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Flavouring, Colours (Annatto, Curcumin), Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vegetable Oil (Palm, rapeseed), Humectant (Glycerol E422), Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier (E435), Preservative (E202), Acidity Regulator (E339).
Mixed jam: Sugar, Apple Pulp (Apple Pulp, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), Raspberry Purée, Rhubarb Purée, Plum Purée, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Colour (Anthocyanins), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate). Prepared with 35g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 66g per 100g.
Chocolate Fudge
Rich chocolate sponge, chocolate buttercream and a smooth chocolate fudge filling.

Half vanilla sponge, half chocolate sponge, with vanilla and chocolate buttercream layers.
