Cut-off times
We bake and dispatch fresh MailBakes Monday to Sunday.
- Monday to Friday: order by 4PM for same-day dispatch
- Saturday and Sunday: order by 1PM for same-day dispatch
Orders placed after the cut-off are baked and dispatched the next working day.
Where we deliver
We deliver nationwide across the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Our 1 and 2 slice MailBakes are designed to fit through the letterbox, so there's no need for the recipient to be home.
We don't currently deliver to the Republic of Ireland or internationally.
Common questions
Is Tracked 24 guaranteed?
No, it aims for next-day delivery. Delays can happen, we recommend Tracked 24 only if timing isn't essential.
What is guaranteed next-day delivery?
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees arrival by 1PM the next day, Monday to Saturday. It's the most reliable option for important dates.
Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes. Choose your delivery date at the same time you pick your cake flavour. It's all in one simple step before adding to the basket.
What if my MailBake arrives early?
With Tracked 24, early deliveries can happen. Royal Mail sometimes delivers on Sundays depending on your postcode. We can't control it, but we think early cake is better than no cake.
What if my MailBake arrives late?
If your order is delayed, our team is here to help. We can't control courier issues, but we'll always do our best to make it right.
Is a signature required?
Yes, if you choose Tracked 24 with Signature or Special Delivery, a signature is required on arrival.
Will my order include an invoice or pricing?
No, we never include pricing or receipts in the box. It's perfect for sending as a gift.
