What is Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery ensures that your Cake Card will arrive the next day or on the specific date you select during checkout. This service is highly recommended for time-sensitive occasions. Please note that while we do our best to guarantee next-day delivery, we cannot control external factors such as courier delays.
How can I ensure my Cake Card arrives on a specific date?
To ensure your Cake Card arrives on a specific date, we recommend selecting both your preferred date and the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option at checkout. This provides the highest chance of timely delivery for your special occasion. We still recommend choosing a day earlier as a precaution in case of unforeseen delays.
What happens if my Cake Card arrives early?
Sometimes, when using Tracked 24, your Cake Card may arrive early as a precaution to avoid any late deliveries. While we strive for punctuality, early arrival is outside our control. We apologise for any inconvenience but believe it’s better to start the celebration a day early than to miss the occasion entirely.
Can I choose a delivery date for my Cake Card?
Yes, you can choose a delivery date for your Cake Card. For guaranteed arrival on the specific date, please select the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option during checkout.
What if my Cake Card arrives late?
If your Cake Card arrives later than expected, please contact our customer service team for assistance. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by the courier.
Is a signature required for delivery?
Tracked 24 with a signature will ensure delivery the following day or on the date you specified. This option adds an extra layer of security and reliability for your delivery.
How can I track my Cake Card delivery?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status and location of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Liability Disclaimer: We are not responsible for delays once the courier has collected the package, as this is beyond our control.
Non-Refundable Conditions: Delays, failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, or returned packages are non-refundable.
Letterbox Policy: Our packages are designed to fit through standard letterboxes; however, if the courier decides not to place the package in the letterbox, it is beyond our control.
Order Modification Policy: Orders can only be modified within the day they are placed, with a cutoff time of 12 AM (midnight).
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable: Once an order is placed, it is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Switching to Immediate Dispatch: If you change your delivery/target date to immediate dispatch, it will be classified as guaranteed shipping, and the corresponding charge will apply.

Our ovens are fired up from Monday to Friday, ensuring that every day can be a MailBakes day.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 10 AM on Fridays are whisked into baking action first thing Monday morning, ready for same-day dispatch at the start of the week.
