When Will I Receive My Order?
If you place your order before 10AM, we'll dispatch it the same day. For orders after 10AM, we freshly bake your items the following morning and send them out on the same day.

Absolutely! Just specify your preferred delivery date at checkout, and we'll mark it in our diary.

MailBakes calls Liverpool its home, where we operate from our registered bakery.

Our deliveries cover the entire UK, bringing sweetness to every corner.
What's the Shelf Life of MailBakes?
Our delicious bakes stay fresh for up to 7 days, depending on the product. Rest assured, all our treats have a good shelf life, thanks to our same-day baking and dispatch.
Where Is My Order?
If you've placed an order with us and specified a delivery date, rest assured we'll strive to have it reach you or your recipient by that date. For orders without a specified date, we aim to dispatch them within 24 hours, with delivery typically the following day.
Allergy Concerns?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate specific allergies, as our kitchen handles nuts, wheat, milk, soya, gluten, and eggs. However, we're actively working on expanding our options for different dietary requirements.
