From free next-day aims to guaranteed delivery - pick what fits best:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - FREE

Order by 12PM Mon-Fri or 10AM Sat for same-day dispatch.
This service aims for next-day delivery, but is not guaranteed. In some cases, it may take 1–3 working days. (Excludes bank holidays.)

 

Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature 

Order by 12PM Mon-Fri or 10AM Sat for same-day dispatch.
Next-day delivery aim with signature required for added security.
Delivery is not time-specific and may arrive at any time during the day.

 

Royal Mail Special Delivery - Guaranteed by 1PM 

Order by 12PM Mon-Fri or 10AM Sat for same-day dispatch.
Guaranteed next-day delivery by 1PM, Monday to Saturday.
Signature required. Ideal for time-sensitive special occasions. (Excludes bank holidays.)

Is Tracked 24 guaranteed?
No - it aims for next-day delivery, but delays can happen. We recommend this only if timing isn’t essential.

 

What is Guaranteed Next Day Delivery?
Royal Mail Special Delivery guarantees arrival by 1PM the next day (Mon–Sat). It’s the most reliable option for important dates.

 

Can I choose a delivery date?
Yes! Just choose your delivery date at the same time you pick your cake flavour - it’s all in one simple step.

For the best chance of it arriving on time, choose Special Delivery and consider selecting a day earlier as a buffer.

 

What if my MailBake arrives early?
With Tracked 24 services, early deliveries can happen as Royal Mail sometimes delivers on Sundays, depending on your postcode. While we can’t control this, we think early cake is always better than no cake!

 

What if my MailBake arrives late?
If your order is delayed, our friendly team is here to help. While we can’t control courier issues, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

 

Is a signature required?
Yes, if you choose Tracked 24 with Signature or Special Delivery, a signature is required upon arrival for added peace of mind.

3. order cut-off times & dispatch schedule

We bake and dispatch fresh MailBakes Monday to Saturday to make sure your treats arrive as quickly as possible.

  • Monday to Friday:
    Order by 12PM for same-day dispatch.
  • Saturday:
    Order by 10AM for same-day dispatch.
    Orders placed after this time will be freshly baked and dispatched on Monday morning.

Sunday & Bank Holidays:
Orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
