1. Damaged or Defective MailBakes:

  • In the event you receive a damaged or defective MailBakes, kindly notify us within 12 hours of delivery by reaching out to our Customer Service at hello@mailbakes.com. We kindly request that you provide photos of the damaged or defective product. Once we review and validate your claim, we will proceed with either issuing a refund or replacing the item, depending on your preference and product availability.

2. Incorrect Items:

  • Should you happen to receive an item that differs from your original order, please contact our Customer Service within 12 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation:

  • For standard orders, you have the flexibility to cancel your order within the first hour of placement. Please connect with our Customer Service to request a cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Beyond this period, cancellations cannot be accepted, and refunds will not be issued due to the commencement of item preparation.

4. Change of Mind:

  • Considering the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate returns or provide refunds for reasons such as change of mind or taste preference. We encourage you to thoroughly review your order before finalising it.

5. Delayed Delivery:

  • In the unlikely event that your card doesn't arrive on your preferred date, please note that once the cake card has been dispatched, it's beyond our control. However, if the card arrives after its sell-by date, we're committed to making things right. Simply reach out to us, and we'll gladly send you another cake card as a gesture of goodwill. Your satisfaction is important to us.

6. Allergies and Dietary Requirements:

  • Please be aware that our products may contain allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. We cannot assume responsibility for allergic reactions or dietary restrictions that were not communicated to us before placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read product descriptions and ingredients prior to making a purchase.

7. Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refunded amount's appearance in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company's processing times.
