Our cake slices are baked fresh every day from our bakery in Liverpool, creating the soft, sweet treats our customers love. Each flavour is made using its own delicious combination of sponge, buttercream and fillings. Below you’ll find a breakdown of every flavour, including a short description and the full ingredients used in each slice.

Victoria Sponge

A classic favourite. Our Victoria Sponge is made with soft vanilla sponge, smooth vanilla buttercream and a sweet mixed fruit jam filling.

Ingredients:
Self Raising Flour, Free Range Eggs, Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Water, Palm Oil, Reconstituted Dried Buttermilk (Milk) (4%), Salt (1.2%), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Flavouring, Colours (Annatto, Curcumin), Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vegetable Oil (Palm, rapeseed), Humectant (Glycerol E422), Skimmed Milk Powder, Emulsifier (E435), Preservative (E202), Acidity Regulator (E339).

Mixed Jam:
Sugar, Apple Pulp (Apple Pulp, Preservative (Sulphur Dioxide)), Raspberry Purée, Rhubarb Purée, Plum Purée, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Colour (Anthocyanins), Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Prepared with 35g of Fruit per 100g, Total Sugar content 66g per 100g.

Chocolate Fudge

A rich chocolate sponge paired with chocolate buttercream and a smooth chocolate fudge filling for a proper chocolatey treat.

Chocolate Fudge Filling:

Vanilla & Lemon

A light vanilla sponge with creamy vanilla buttercream and a zesty lemon curd filling for a bright, citrusy slice.

Chocolate & Nutella

A chocolatey, nutty favourite made with soft sponge, creamy buttercream and a smooth Nutella filling.

Nutella:
Sugar, Palm Oil, Hazelnuts (13%), Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder* (7%), Dried Skimmed Milk, Whey Powder (Milk), Lactose (Milk), Emulsifier (Sunflower Lecithins), Natural Vanilla Flavouring, *Rainforest Alliance Certified.

Vanilla & Biscoff

A sweet caramelised biscuit flavour with warm cinnamon notes, paired with soft sponge and smooth buttercream.

Lotus Biscoff:
Original Caramelised Biscuits 52% (Wheat Flour, Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm*, Rapeseed), Candy Sugar Syrup, Raising Agent (Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate), Soya Flour, Salt, Cinnamon), Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Acid (Citric Acid), *Palm Oil from sustainable and certified plantations.

Vanilla & Chocolate

The best of both worlds. This half-and-half slice is made with one layer of soft vanilla sponge and one layer of rich chocolate sponge, finished with one layer of smooth vanilla buttercream and one layer of chocolate buttercream.

The Bruce

Our ultimate chocolate fudge slice. Bruce is made with four layers of rich chocolate sponge and three layers of delicious chocolate fudge filling — no chocolate buttercream, just sponge and fudge.

Chocolate Fudge Filling:
Sugar, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Water, Vegetable Fats (Coconut, Palm), Dextrose, Fructose, Fat Reduced Cocoa Powder 3.6%, Modified Starch (Maize), Colouring Food (Barley Malt Extract), Acid (Glucono-Delta-Lactone), Salt, Natural Cocoa Flavouring, Natural Vanilla Flavouring, Emulsifier (Soya Lecithin), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).

Plain Jane

Simple, sweet and seriously good. Plain Jane is made with four layers of soft vanilla sponge and three layers of smooth vanilla buttercream.
